Who We Are
The Law Offices of Bruce G. Goldman (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a personal injury law practice located in Brockton, Massachusetts. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected through brucegoldmanlaw.com (the “Site”). It does not cover information we collect in other ways, such as during a consultation or while we represent a client.
Information You Give Us
You may choose to share information with us when you:
- Use the contact form on our blog posts. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a message. Messages are sent to our office and saved in the Site’s private administration area.
- Email us or call us using the contact details on the Site.
We use this information to respond to you and to follow up on your inquiry. The Site does not have user accounts or online payments.
Contacting Us Does Not Make You a Client
Sending us a message through the Site, by email, or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after we have agreed to represent you, usually in a signed agreement.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive details about your case through the contact form or by email until we have agreed to represent you. Information you send before then may not be treated as confidential.

You can turn it off by declining Statistics cookies (see “Cookies and Your Choices” below) or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Search Console: Shows us how the Site appears in Google search results. It does not place cookies on your device.
